New full-time children and families ministry enabler role for Presbytery Central!
Also, churches in Cashmere (Christchurch), Avonhead (Christchurch), Manurewa (South Auckland), and Remuera (Auckland) are seeking Children and Families Ministries Leaders.

 

 Presbytery Central: Children and Families Ministry Enabler

Presbytery Central is looking to appoint a full-time Children and Families Ministry (CFM) Enabler to encourage and enable CFM ministry in the Central Region.

The applicant will work collaboratively with the CFM work group to identify and work towards goals for CFM ministry in the Central Region.

Some of the characteristics of an interested applicant, are that they will already have:

  • an awareness of and be committed to the mission of Presbyterian and Uniting churches
  • a strong background in Christian Children’s work
  • an awareness and willingness to work with the National Kids Friendly team
  • a willingness to work with the wider Central Presbytery team.

We are looking for a creative applicant who can actively lead innovative initiatives that will appeal to families, younger people and to others in our community who are not drawn to traditional style Sunday worship services.

We are a future-looking, go-ahead Presbyterian Church in the Manukau growth area and we are looking for a Children and Families Ministry Leader. The person would need to have a heart for children and to be skilled and motivated to reach and disciple children. The successful candidate will be part of a supportive ministry teast-andrews-logom and be well resourced by a strong volunteer team. This is a paid position, 10-30 hours per week (hours negotiable).
